by Rob Matheson

<<  [29 / 36]  >>
during a visit to england, i wanted to discover what i would make of the haunting and photographically popular dungeness coast i half remembered from 40 years earlier. these fishing nets are suspended inside one of the dark, dilapidated fishermen's huts. shafts of sunlight stream through holes in the wood, sharply illuminating the nets... dungeness, kent, england... keywords: abstract, black and white, dark subject, entrapment, fishing, mesh, nets, patterns, sea, seashore, shaft of sunlight, shore, sidelit, textures, horizontal image.
